Neelam Agashe, PT earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India .She worked as the lead Physical Therapist in India from August 2008 – February 2012 in VNIT Medical Center focusing on musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pains, overuse injuries and geriatric rehabilitation. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, emphasizing physical rehabilitation.
In her free time, Neelam enjoys hiking, listening to music, and painting. Neelam is fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.
Micah Arsham is a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist in private practice since 2013. She completed a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2012, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) from Columbia University (2002). Micah pursued advanced clinical training at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in Shenyang, and at Zhen Qi Tang clinic, in Lanzhou.
In San Diego, she has practiced acupuncture at UCSD's Owen Clinic (2010) and at San Diego Hospice's Inpatient Care Center (2012). Micah was a teaching assistant at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine from 2013-15. Her treatment practice is influenced by traditional Japanese Acupuncture, her training in China in both hospital and outpatient settings, and by the classic texts and rich history of traditional East Asian medicine.
Kacey McCoig is our staff Nutritionist and Weight Loss Counselor. She recently moved back to San Diego after serving as a Peace Corps Health Volunteer in Malawi, Africa. She is a registered dietitian with vast experience in the clinical field. Kacey earned her graduate degree in Public Health with the goal of creating and implementing community health programs, that result in real and lasting change. She continues her education in the fields of integrative and functional nutrition and behavior change techniques.
She's passionate about nutrition and helping communities develop their own food sources through gardening, education and health promotion.
Jacqueline R. Weir is a practicing Physician Assistant. A graduate from Touro University in Northern California with a Masters in Physician Assistant Sciences and Public Health, Jacqueline enjoys working with musculoskeletal injuries and draws her experience from her background within an Urgent Care setting. Jacqueline earned her Bachelors of Science at San Diego State University.
Dr. Jason Molina, DPT, earned his bachelors degree from San Diego State University majoring in Kinesiology, emphasis in Physical Therapy. He then went on to the University of St. Augustine and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Dr. Molina specializes in orthopedic conditions and has experience from pediatric to geriatric populations. His preferred treatment approach consists of manual therapy techniques, postural training, PNF, and therapeutic exercise—all supplemented with thorough patient education.
Dr. Todoroff brings her expertise in the field of Osteopathic Medicine to the team at Integrated Medical Centers. She completed her undergraduate work in Biology at Westmont College, then went on to earn her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Midwestern University. Dr. Todoroff is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as the American Medical Association.
Dr. Schneider is the staff Chiropractor at Integrated Medical Centers. She graduated from Cal State Northridge with a BA in Deaf Studies. In 2004, she completed her degree in Chiropractic studies at the Cleveland Chiropractic College, in Los Angeles. She then continued her studies through ICPA in 2010, and received her post graduate certification in Chiropractic Pediatrics. Dr. Schneider is a native San Diegan, and a graduate of La Jolla High School.
Dr. Ginakes is the Center Director at Integrated Medical Centers. He graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in November of 1993 and began work at United Physicians Group in Oceanside, CA, where he was a staff chiropractor. In 1996, he began work as the Center Director of UPG and then went on to become the Center Director of Integrated Medical Centers in 2000.
